A modular based system where extra functions can be added to a base motherboard that provides comprehensive data recording requirements and ultimately provides the most feature packed device.
This system with the appropriate plug-in modules fitted, together with the corresponding analysis software will perform the following functions:
• Journey viewing and fleet management
• Incident analysis and accident investigation when accelerometers and direction sensors are fitted
• Wireless data download via mobile telephone network, Wi Fi, wireless modem or Tetra
• Live and/or historic tracking
• Speed and revs recorded via conventional pulsed or CAN bus connections
• Other data such as brakes and indicators can also be read directly off the CAN bus
The Jupiter product is primarily designed to be used with an office based PC/Server system.
