To order products through the website, you must first add them to your shopping basket.
When viewing product details, you will see a button marked Add to basket. Simply select the type of product you wish to purchase and use this button to add it into your shopping basket.
After each item is added, you will be taken to your shopping basket where you will be given the opportunity to edit quantities or remove items you no longer wish to order. You can also continue shopping from this screen.
When you are ready to order, use the button marked Checkout to enter the checkout process.
During the checkout process, you will be asked to Login or Register. If you already have an account with us you can login to it here to retrieve your account details. If you do not have an account, you can create one from this screen.
After completing this stage, you will be asked to enter your invoice address and, if different, your delivery address.
You will then be given a final chance to check your order details before continuing to our online payment system.
Once you have entered your payment details, your order information will be sent directly to us and we will begin processing your order as soon as possible.
If you wish for your website order to be charged to a Credit Account held with RSG Engineering Limited, it will only be accepted with an official purchase order number. Enter the purchase order when requested.
